Fantastic find by chance!
We stumbled upon this amazing guesthouse and it was such a treat! Super clean and so cozy, you can tell everything's been thought out nicely. Breakfast was lovely, and I especially enjoyed the options for packed lunches! The only thing was that parking was a bit tricky at times.

You won't want to miss the amazing breakfast! With freshly brewed coffee from an Italian coffee maker, quality cheeses, and charcuterie, you'll be in heaven. Plus, the welcoming hosts made every moment feel special. And when in Nairn, check out The Classroom Bistro for a top-notch meal that's just a stone's throw away!
Sure, my single room was a bit snug, missing a chair and a cozy lamp. Honestly, I’d definitely opt for a double next time.

What’s great and what’s not
The hosts provided a warm welcome, and I loved the excellent breakfast with freshly brewed coffee and homemade bread. My upgraded room was comfortable, clean, and well-located near restaurants.
I noticed the single room was quite cramped without a chair, and there was no en suite toilet, which could be inconvenient for some. The lighting felt a bit too dim for reading comfortably.

Despite the cleanliness and breakfast variety, the single room was notably cramped, lacking both a chair and adequate lighting options that left it feeling a bit dull. Limited space also made navigating the room tricky, and some guests might find the absence of an en suite toilet in single rooms inconvenient. the decor leaned towards blandness with the absence of carpets, and potential noise from outside could interrupt the quiet atmosphere.

Cawdor house might have been nice if I’d had a chair in my room instead of just a bland light. that bagged breakfast was an absolute joke—two pieces of fruit and a croissant with no contents! Didn’t anyone think I woudl ve been deserving of a room upgrade after all this nonsense? I almost gave them a good review, but just couldn’t.
